IPA is dedicated to improving your ability to operate your vessel with knowledge and competence. Our programs provide competency and confidence through hands-on training. There is no recognized certification authority for power boating in the United States but IPA has worked with the US Coast Guard and NASBLA (The National Association of State Boating Law Administrators) to provide hands on training and testing necessary to achieve the skill levels of safe and prudent boaters.
